Communications
PEAK recognizes that it will be able to communicate Users’ data in the scope of merger, acquisition and / or incorporation processes in which it finds itself. This communication is not considered as a transfer of data to third parties, nor any subcontracted treatment. PEAK will also be able to transmit data to third parties in the scope of investigations, inquiries, and judicial, administrative, and / or similar processes, provided that it is duly ordered by a court order in this regard.
Data Transfer
